Don’t let Holly Taylor’s delicate build and gentle demeanor fool you.
The Canadian actress, who stars as Paige Jennings on FX’s hit series “The Americans,” can kick your butt.
For her role as a teenage spy-in-training, she practices self-defense, K♚rav Maga and Systema, a Russian self-defense practice.
“I also keep up with boxing in my spare time,” the 20-year-old, who attended Tadashi Shoji’s fashion show on Thursday, tells The Post. “I think it’s really cool to defend yourself, and to also get out some emotions.”
When it c🦂omes to releasing feelings on set, Taylor says that the Reagan-era costumes often leave the cast in hysterics.
“We laugh at everyone on the show,” she says. “I can’t believe the stuff that I’m wearing. That’s how it was back then!”
The sixth and fi🐻nal season of the peri🥀od drama premieres March 28.
