Dad was playing Pokemon while French ‘Spider-Man’ saved tot

The dad of the boy rescued from a fourth-floor balcony by a man dubbed the “French Spider-Man” was playing Pokemon Go when the incident happened – and may face up to two years in jail, prosecutors said.

The unnamed fat📖her had gone out shopping, leaving the kid alone in their Paris apartment, and was playing the augmented reality game on his smartphone while w💦alking home, French prosecutor Francois Molins on Monday.

Meanwhile, his 4▨-year-old son had slipped off the balcony and dangled precariously off the side of their building by his hands.

Video of 22-year-old Malian migrant Mamoudou Gassama heroically scaling the buil𒁏ding to rescue the child went viral over the weekend and the man has since been offered French citiz🔯enship and a job with the Paris fir💞e brigade.

The 💫dad faces up to two years in prison for abandoning his parental responsibilities and will be sentenced in September, Paris prosecutor spokesman Bruno Badre said.

On Tuesday, the boy – who was placed in temporary care after th🌃e incident – was reunited with his dad.
