Joe Biden’s niece nearly in the clear over credit card scam

Former vice president Joe Bidenā€™s niece ā€” who used a stolen credit card to rack up over $100,000 in goods at ā™a Greenwich Villagā•e pharmacy ā€” is nearly in the clear.

Caroline Biden, 31, had her felony convictź§‚ion tossed Mondayā€‹ and was allowā€‹ed to re-plead to the lesser charge of petit larceny as part of a sweetheart dšŸŒ eal she took in 2017. ā€‹

But the privileged Georgetown grad, who lives in California, will have to return to New York July 26 to wrap up her case.ā€‹ ā€‹Justice Curtis Farber couldą¼’nā€™t hand down the promised sentence of two yearsā€™ probation due to a paperwork snafu.

She already completed 10 days of court-ordered community service and paid full restitution of $110,810.04 for the charges she made at Bigelow Pharmacy, where a hairbrush and skin creams can run hundreds of dollarź§…s.

Biden,šŸ· wearing a black skirt sušŸøit, looked disappointed as she strutted out of Manhattan Supreme Court with a pal.

In 2017, Biden wšŸ’Ÿas arrested for using the unidentified victimā€™s Chase card for a year-long shopping spree at the posh pharmacy. The victim had given her permission to make a single purchase totaling $672 in 2015, according to prosecutors.

The pampered wild child made her debut in Manhattaną¼ŗ Criminal Court in 2014 after a dustup with her Tribeca roommate over unpaid rent.

She was accused of trying to slug a responding female cop and got booked on charges of resišŸ’«sting arrest and obstruction.

That case also got a wrist slap šŸ’«with the charges getting dismissed and sealed after six months.

Biden ā€” whose financier dad, James Biden SršŸ—¹., is the brother of the former vice president ā€” has sšŸŒœtruggled with alcohol and drug addiction, according to published reports.

Defense lawyer Jim Liguori declined to comment.
