Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband snag a fancy new condo

This modern family is spreading out.

“Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita h꧒ave bought a 1,402-square-foot pad at the d’Orsay condos at 211 W. 14th St., according to records filed with the city Thursday.

It’s an upgrade from the couple’s 900-square-foot Gramercy Park co-op at 200 E. 16th St., which they listed for $1.49 million in April, as The Post reported at the time. That spread is still up for sale.

The pair snagged the new two-🌞bedroom for $3.05 million, records show — slightly over its $2.99 million asking price.

An elevator opens into a foyer, which leads to a roughly 25-foot-long living and dining room. An open kitchen sports oak cabinets, a five-burner Wolf cooktop and a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The bedrooms each have ensuܫite bathrooms and lots of closet spac💜e.

Building amenities include a full-time doorman and concierge, a roof-l෴evel garden with city views, a gym, a♏ spa and bike storage.
