‘Panty-munching’ cop loses badge, gun for ‘bizarre behavior’

There’s more trouble for the Brooklyn detective who accuses his salty sergeant of shoving her panties in his mouth — now he’s had his badge and guns taken away by the NYPD due to his a𒐪🌳lleged “bizarre behavior.”

Detective Victor Falcon, 35, has been videotaping his colleagues at the 72nd P♑recinct in Sunset Park, and wearing a ba🔯ckpack with five guns tucked inside, a top law enforcement source alleged to The Post on Saturday.

Falcon turneꦑd in his shield and weapons at the pr🍬ecinct on Friday, the source said.

On Friday night, a “stressed out” Falco🐲n “called 911 on himself” because he was experiencing chest pains; he was treated and released from a Brooklyn hospital, the source said.

Falcon has beeܫꦑn advised to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, said Detectives Endowment Association Michael Palladino.

“Over the past few weeks his behavior has been quite bizarre and over the past 10 days he started bringing in a GoPro. He’s taping everybody, video an♚d audiotaping. That is a violation of department policy,” the source said.

“No videotaping inside the stationhouse.”

The sour𒀰ce said the “normally well-kept” Falcon has looked “disheveled” in recent weeks and he “laughs when people aren’t talking to him.”

But fellow detectives were most concꦑerned that Falcon was “walking around the last few days with a backpack [holding five weapons] and wouldn’t separate himself from that backpack,” the source said.

On Thursday, Falcon’s supervisors warned him to stop the cinematic shenanigans, but🍰 he refused, and then on Frida🔯y he was hit with an official “cease and desist” order in writing from the NYPD’s legal bureau, the source said.

“Obviously the detectives and the supervisors🧜 in the 72 Squad are concerned for his safety and theirs,” the source said.

Falcon, who could not be reached for comment, has told The Post 🍬he became the “pariah of the precinct” after filing a formal complaint in October against then-supervisor Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra, 38, who he claims subjected him to almost daily abuse at the 72nd Precinct detecti💖ve squad for five years.

An Oct.🌸 7 argument allegedly ended wiไth Guerra angrily grabbing a pair of thong panties and rubbing them in Falcon’s mouth, he alleged.

Palladino said in a statement Saturday that Faܫlcon “has refused any union assistance so there isn’t much I can say at this point.

“We are not sure exactly what’s troubling him but, his fellow detectives in the 72 Squad are genuinely concerned about his safety and theirs so his weapons have been removed until he can be psychologic🍷ally evaluated.”

Falcon’s attorney, Seamus Barꦫrett, did not return messages.
