Lonzo Ball suing Big Baller Brand co-founder as Lavar clings to the ashes

Lonzo Ball filed a lawsuit Tuesday night in Los Angeles Superior Court against Big Baller Brand’s co-founder, Alan Foster, claiming he “conspired to embezzle millions of dollars and then divert those funds for his personal use, including to acquire assets in Ethiopia,” according to court documents .

Lonzo, who recently covered up his Big Baller Brand tattoo, cut ties with family friend Foster for not being able to “adequately account for the whereabouts of roughly $1.5 million from Ball’s personal and business accounts,” .

The NBA star told ESPN that Foster “used his access to my business and personal finances to enrich himself.”

Lonzo is suing for more than $2 miš’…Œllion in damages.

As for father LaVar, he says the familꦐy gathered to discuss the future of the brand upon hearing the troubling news about Foster.

“We had a meeting before the story came out, man. And, everybody was in they feelings. What I mean by that is, we’re not really thinking. ‘Cause I told them we’re shutting down everything, ’cause I don’t want him to get nothing,” LaVar , and then noted, “I said it was shut down.”

LaVar ultimately had a change of heart about Big Baller Brand, but Lonzo had already permanently erased it from his body, covering up the three B’s with a pair of dice.

“Lonzo had to cover that Triple B up anyway. You can’t play with no Band-Aid when you not even hurt. It feels weird playing like that. So, you gotta cover it anyway,” he said.
