Cops pull body from Bronx River in New York Botanical Gardens

Police pulled theꦐ body of an eld𓂃erly man out of the Bronx River Saturday afternoon, officials said.

The man, who has yet to be identified, was found floatin🌞g face down in the Bronx River inside the New York Botanical Gardens at about 3:30 p.m., authorities said.

Emergency personnel removed the victim from the water and he was pronounced dead at the sce✤ne.

Roughly two miles of the Bronx River ဣflow through the Gardens, which are open to the public Tuesday tღhrough Sunday.

The medical examiner wil🌜l determine a cause of death, police said, and the investigation is still ongoing.
