Matusik’s one-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex is 1,600 square feet. It features high ceilings, heated bathroom floors, an op𒊎en kitche🎶n and a Jacuzzi tub.

After buying the unit for $915,000 in 2013, Matusik worked with Tri-State Construction to create an open loft concept “where any one room could serve up to four different functio✨ns — from a 40-person dinner to off-site corporate meetings, full-on photo/video production and more,” he says.

Matusik is moving to Florida, he adds, “wher🦩e the winters are warm and the taxes are less burd𝄹ensome.”

He’ll still work in New York, “just not out of my own studio,” he says. The listin♎g brokers are Michael Chadwick and Yana Toyber of Citi Habitats.
