“Would like to thank the Tower Diner in Forest Hills for the nice RAW chicken cutlet sandwich, and OLD ROMAINE!!!” posted a disgruntled Dina R. on Yelp after a disastrous December dining experience. She likened the sandwich to a “disease on bread.”
The Bund — known for their Shanghainese spring rolls and beef stew noodle soup — spurred seven complaints to 311 last year.
Disgruntled city diners lodged 2,647 food poisoning complaints last year, the 311 data shows.
The Tower Diner and Bund did not immediately return messages.
