In the aftermath of the fateful ꩵcr⭕ash, police pitied Jim Boeheim.
In body-cam footage from the scene of the crash in which Boeheim s🤡truck and killed a man in February, police seem starstruck and sympathetic.
“It’s f–king Jim Boeheim!” one cop says.
“That’s f–king awful,” another says. “He’s shook up, isn’t he?”
Boeheim, seen in the video sitting in a police car, wasn’t charged for the incident, in which he was going 11 mph over the speed limit when his SUV struck Jorge Jimenez. Boeheim had swerved to avoid Jimenez’s car, which was sitting in the middle of Route 690.
He returned to the Orange’s sideline in short order.
“Dude that sucks, though,” a cop is heard saying. “… Like, you’re not doing anything wrong and you just go kill somebody.”
