Chef Glenn Harris is on a roll.

The co-founder of The Smith — the popular American b▨rasserie with locations in New York, Washington and Chicago — has just sold his Greenpoint townhouse for $4.94 million. That’s a record sale price for the neighborhood, according to appraiser Jonathan Miller, who prepares market reports for Douglas Elliman.

The three-story h♒ome at 126 Noble St. is 4,056 square feet and features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two powder rooms.

(A townhouse at 177 Pacific St. in Cobble Hill still holds the all-time Brooklyn record. It sold 🦄for $15.5 million in 2015, Miller tells Gimme Shelter.𓂃)

Harris’ Greenpoint home, which was built around 1867 and is completely restored, is on a historic block. It was first built for a merchant, John W. Petri. It now features a cedar shingle fa𝐆cade🌺, a floating staircase, white oak floors and built-in sound, as well as custom doors, windows and lighting.

The den comes with a wooburning fireplace. Of course, there’s also a 💞killer kitchen, with walnut cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances and access to a 300-square-foot deck hooked up with water ꧋and electricity for entertaining.

The listing broker was Do🍃uglas Elliman’s Patri🦩cia Vance.
