Trump tells freshman Dems to ‘go back’ to their countries

President Trump suggested the freshman Democrats who have been feuding with House Speaker🌜 Nancy Pelosi should “go back” to their countries to fix their governments, saying “you can’t leave fast enough.”

”So interesting to see ’Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run,” on Sunday.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done,” he continued. “These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!”

Trump appears to be referring to the four Democratic congresswomen known collectively as “The Squad” who have been squabbling with the House speaker.

But only one of the four – Rep. Ilhan Omar – is foreign born.

She was born in Somalia,♊ while Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was born in the Bronx, Rep. Rashida Tlaib was born in Detroit and Rep. Ayanna Pressley was born in Cincinnati.

Acting Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services Ken Cuccinelli was asked on CNN’s “State of the Union” who Trump was referring to in the tweets.

“I don’t, I don’t,” he said.

The squabble kicked off last month after the four rookie lawmakers vote🍒d against a $4.6 billion emergency spending bill for the border that Pelosi backed.

“All these people have their public whateꦛver and their Twitter world,” Pelosi in an inꦿterview published last Sunday. “But they didn’t have any following. They’re four people and that’s how many vot♓es they got.”

In a closed-door meeting last week, Pelosi reportedly told the four Democrats to stop criticizing more moderate members of the party o⛎nline and air their grievances to her.

Trump, speaking to reports outside the White House last Friday, backed Pelosi.

“I think Cortez is being very disrespectful to somebody that’s been there a long time,” he said.
