Moms of fashionable babes have reason to rejoice, thanks to R🦩achel Zoe, who launched a party wear collab late November, and an additional line of resort wear for littles this week.
Zoe is uniquely poised to present pint-size apparel. After all, this is a woman whose two sons have access to designer duds that most adults don’t: Chanel teddy bears, Versace tuxedos and monogrammed Louis Vuitton duffles. “When we’re not traveling, I’ll put it on the floor of thei﷽r room and fill it with little blankets and things and have it be decorative,” Zoe tells Threads.
But the newly minted kiddie designer says it was all about comfort and practicality (with a little pizazz) when designing for Janie and Jack. “I’m always going to think like a stylist,” she ಞadmits.
Eva Chen knew she hit fashion gold๊ when none other than North West, now 6 years old, sported two pieces from hಞer own collab last year.
“She was pic♛tured wearing the galaxy-print bathing suit with leggings, and my brain exploded,” says Chen. “I couldn’t believe it.”
Her second line with the tot brand, inspired by Chen’s third children’s book, “,” debuted early November. While the collection takes its style 🦂cues from three female icons — Audrey Hepburn, Marie Antoi𝄹nette and Josephine Baker — for Chen, no one tops Oprah.
“I met her purely by happenstance at Paris fashion week thi🥂s year,” Chen gushes to Threads. “When I arrived at my hotel, she was in the lobby drinking a mimosa. I stopped her and swore up and down, ‘I don’t do this.’”
Chen then informꦜed the tal🌠k-show goddess that she is on the cover of Chen’s second book, “A is for Awesome!” Oprah grabbed Chen’s phone and “in her Oprah voice, she [recorded], ‘A is for awesome!’ I held it together and then went into the elevator and started crying.”
