Two days of record city temps giving way to possible snowfall

Spring break is over.

After two days of record warm temperatures,﷽ winter is expected to creep back into the Big Ap🍌ple this week — and possibly even drop some snow on the five boroughs by the weekend.

“It’s like a relationship that’s too good to be true,” said Scott Perkins, 40, while enjoying the warmth in Br🍃ooklyn’s Fort Green Park on ♔Sunday.

“Like, I want to surrender to the good vibes today. But I know tomorrow’s gonna be overcast and cold. I know the emo🀅tional toll that’s gonna ta🃏ke on me.”

Saturday’s high of 69 degrees shattered a 25-year record of 63 degrees, while Sunday hit 67 degrees in Central Park by midday, breaking the record of 66 degrees set in 2017, acco𝄹rding to AccuWeather senior meteorologist Scott Reppert.

Temps should drop to the 40s over the next few days, he said, ▨then go as high as 54 Wednesday 🎉before dipping back to the potential freeze zone.

“We are looking at temperatures to cool off some,” Reppert said. “We’re still going to be above normal here, really through around Thursday before we really start to see the average temperatures come down.”
