Creep groped NYPD sergeant in Chelsea 7-Eleven: cops

An on-duty NYPD sergeant was allegedly groped by a creep while standing in line at a 7-Eleven in Manhattan, po♏lice said Wednesday.

Elias Navarez, 30, allegedly squeezed the officer’s buttocks from behind as the cop was buying coffee at the Chelsea convenience store  on 21st Street and Seventh Avenue just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, police said.

“You like that, b–tch?” the suspect allegedly sneered, according police sources.

S🦩ources say Navarez then began threatening the officer –– causing a crowd of onlookers to panic.

At that point, the officer placed his arms under the suspect’s, who began to flail his wrists in the air, according to sources.

The two began fighting and the officer yelled at the gawking crowd of people –– many of whom were vide🌳otaping the fight on their phones –– to call 911, as his phone had fallen out of his pocket.

An onlooker handed over the officer’s phone, and other police arrived at the scene shortly after and arrested Navarez. He faces charges forcible touching of intimate parts, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Navarez’s lengthy rap sheet consists of 24 arrests dating back to 2009, and this is not the first time he has been accused of assaulting law enforcement, according to sources.

In 2011, he 🥂was charged with assaulting a corrections officer and then 2012, he allegedly assaulted a cop, sources said.
