Interior designers Timothy Haynes and Kevin Roberts buy $13M condo

Design duo Timothy Haynes and Kevin Roberts, the founding partners of interior design firm Haynes-Roberts, just bought a splashy new unit at Ian Schrager’s 160 Leroy for $12.71 million, according to city property records.

Amenities inside the Herzog & de Meuron-designed West Village building include a pool, a gym and a clubhouse with a catering kitchen. Their new unit’s listing is not available, but apartments at 160 Leroy have floor-to-ceiling windows, wood floors, top-of-the-line appliances and marble bathrooms. The listing brokera were Douglas Elliman’s Madeline Hult Elghanayan, Lauren Muss, Kirk Rundhaug and Dennis Mangone.

Haynes and Roberts’ current home in Soho is in contract — about two months after the 2,944-squarꦕe-foot apart🐟ment at 15 Mercer St. listed for $6.45 million.

They bought that second-floor unit for $3.55 million in 2012 and spent around $3 million ඣrenovating it.

That unit, listed by Elghanayan, features a private elevator landing, a great room with 14-foot ceilings, a woodburni🍸ng fireplace with a marble mantle and cast iron 𒐪columns.

Haynes, an archꦐitect, previously worked for Robert⛄ A.M. Stern Architects; Roberts worked for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in Geneva.
