Michelle Williams, Tommy Kail drop $11M on Brooklyn mansion

Actress Michelle Williams and her fiancé Tommy Kail just m🐭ade a near record-setting real estate play in Brooklyn.

Public real estate records show that Williams, who is pregnant and newly engaged to “Hamilton” director Kail, dropped $10.8 million on a townhouse in Brooklyn Heights — one of the priciest deals ever inked in the historic neighborhood.

The 1820s home, which is located on Willow Streetও and comes with an additional plot at the back of the property♔, was not publicly listed.

But real estate data site PropertyShark provides some detail, esti💙mating its size at roughly 3,000 square feet.

This isn’t the actress’ first rodeo with swanky Brooklyn properties. In 2015, she paid $2.5 million for an eight-bedroom mansion at 1440 Albemarle Road in Ditmas Park.

Before that, in 2014, she sold a townhouse in Boerum Hill she renovated and had ♋shared wi♎th late partner Heath Ledger for $8.8 million.

The record for the most expensive price ever paid for a Brooklyn townhouse is held by actor couple Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany, who paid $🧸15.5 million for a Brooklyn Heights townhouse in 2018 — tying a 2015 sale by photographer Jay Maisel for the same price🏅 in Cobble Hill.

The record price for a Brooklyn home🥀 is currently🅰 held by actor Matt Damon, who closed on a $16.7 million penthouse at the Standish at 171 Columbia Heights at the end of 2018.
