New Jersey family of four found dead in apparent murder-suicide

A South Jersey mom and her two young children were found dead inside their apartment this week — after her husband’s body was discovered about 5 miles away in the woods after an apparent suicide, according to reports.

Investigators found the bodies of Ruth ﷽Reyes, 30, her 5-year-old daughter, Euriany, and her 2-year-old son, Eury, in the Penns Grove Gardens apartment complex in Salem County on Wednesday, local police .

They decided to check on the home after a passerby reported a man’s bod♍y discovered in the woods off Sportsman Road in Carneys Point, the Salem County Prosecutor’s Office told the outlet. Aut🗹horities believe he died by suicide.

Once officers identified the man, they went to his last kno♐wn address, where they found the 💜slain woman and children, the outlet reported.

“You see prosecutors kicking the door because they must have been knocking and nobody answered,” a neighbor who did ꩲnot want to be identified told the st🍌ation.

The couple had been living apart, and Reyes went to the authorities a few weeks ago because her husband had threatened to k꧟ill her, .

She had a restrainin🧜g order in place against her husband, Penns Grove Police Chief 🔯Patrick Riley confirmed to the outlet.

The family𝔍 was originally from the Dominican Republic and had moved to the US for better opportunities, a relativꦚe told the station.
