I found an old hard drive with a bunch of BTS shots from Bill & Ted 1. These are from the opening dance number (yes﷽ an actual, choreographed rock jam) and face off with the jocks at the bus stop that didn’t make it into the movie:

Alex Winter posts trove of vintage ‘Bill & Ted’ behind-the-scenes pics
All together, now: “Excellent.”
Alex Winter has whetted the internet’s never-ending appetite for more “Bill & Ted” content by posting a cache of behind-the-scenes pics — of he and costar Keanu Reeves on the set of the first film 𝔉— previously confined to a hard drive.

It’s unclear who took the pics in the first place, as they’re a mix of soundstage and candid shots. And, sadly, Winter dashed plenty of B&T fans’ hopes by revealing that the dance number he references — which didn’t make it into the final cut of the film — probably won’t be making it onto any home-media releases as an extra any time soon.
Winter, 54, and Reeves, 55, will be reuniting in “Bill & Ted Face the Music,” the third film in the venerable franchise. It’s scheduled for release on Aug. 21, which means only six months of poring over these pictures to go.
