Trump expected to address the nation tonight, Kellyanne Conway says
Former White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said President Trump will make a statement đˇTuesday night or early Wednesday as the votes of the presidential election are tallied.
“You will hear from the president tonight,” Conway George Stephanopoulos.
Trump is watching resuâlts come in from the White House with about 100 campaign staffers and others, Conway said.
“The president is expected to address the nation later from the East Room of the White House,” she told Stephanopoulos.
Conway then recŕ˛alled how President-elect Trump addressed the nation at about 3 a.m. in 2016 after defeating Hillary Clinton in a stunning upset tęŚo win the presidency.

By about 8:15 p.m., both Biden and Trump had notched victories in a number of states, but neither candidate had won coveted victorđĄies in places like Pennsylvađ ˇnia or Ohio.
Trump was narrowly leading Bideân in Florida, but the final ballots had not been counted in the Sunđ˛shine State.
