Trump sends well-wishes for ‘true champion’ Tiger Woods after car crash

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday tweeted through an associate a get-well message for golfer Tiger Woods following a serious car accident in California.

“Get 🅺well soon, Tiger. You are a true champion!” Trump said in a quote by his spokesman and adviser Jason Miller.

Twitter permanently banned Trump from using his own account following the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

Woods, 45, has had a close relationship with 🌌Trump, who owns many golf courses. Trump and the PGA supersta🍌r golfed multiple times during his presidency.

In 2019, Trump awarded Woods with the Pr𒊎esidential Medal of Freedom at a Rose Garden ceremony attended by Woods’ mother, children, girlfriend and caddie, Joe LaCava.
