The Jets have a new franchise quarterback in Zach Wilson. They have a new franchise left guard in Alijah Vera-Tucker. They may have a new franchise slot receiver in Elijah Moore. Jets GM Joe Douglas was busy at this year’s draft and he’s got a totally revamped roster going into the summer.

- JETS DRAFT PICKS: This was a logical draft from Douglas. Jets fans should be thrilled with the approach, the picks and the overhaul in the offseason. They did not necessarily fill the CB void, but they may address that with a few veterans later in the offseason. Breaking down Wilson, Tucker, Moore, Michael Carter and the later picks by the Jets.
- BACKUP QB/OUTLOOK: Could the Jets try and go after Nick Foles to back up Wilson and compete with him? The free-agent backup QB market is pretty slim and full of names that are not good. On paper, what does the Jets record look like for 2021? I say eight wins would be the top of the mountain and somewhere around six is realistic.

- WILSON: Will be surprised if he is not the starter in Week 1. Looks like he can be in a boy band. He had a lot of time at BYU to throw the ball. It might not be the same here. Competition level is definitely a question, but he had a tremendous year. Tucker and Mekhi Becton will be key on left side blocking for him.
- DOUGLAS/ROBERT SALEH: Douglas is making his stamp. Him and Saleh are hand-in-hand with their plan. The Saleh effect plays a role if the Jets do end up signing Richard Sherman.
