New developments offer unbeatable deals in the Bronx

The Bronx is burning — with deals!

Developers have♊ been gambling big on the 🦂South Bronx for years. Now, new game changers for the neighborhood are making their debut.

Most notably, Origin North, a mass of 255 newly renovated co-ops, has hit the market thi𝄹s month.

“While developers are pouri🦋ng into these neighborhoods and building them up, we believe the ‘it’ factor instead can be found in existing, vibrant Bronx neighborhoods like Fordham, Norwood and Bedford Park,” said Myles Horn, principal at Glacier Equities, the real e🍌state investment, construction and asset management firm behind Origin North.

“We are providing🌠 high-quality homes at incredibly attractive price points.”

No kidding.

Units in the 10-building redevelopment project — which spreads across numerous South Bronx neighborhoods and Inwood in Ma🐟nhattan — start at just $115,000 for a studio. One-bedrooms are asking $210,000, two-bedrooms weigh in at $260,000 and a three-bedroom home is available for an utterly reasonable $425,000.

But those bargain-basement prices don’t mean buyers are sacrificing on perks. Each co-op has been thoughtfully updated to honor original, unique features, including archways, sunken l💃iving rooms and oversized room proportions, while also bringing them into the 21st century with new kitchens and bat💧hrooms and sleek design elements.
