Celeb designers sell West Village spread in $13.5M deal

Celebrity interior des꧒igners and TV hosts Nate Berkus and husband Jeremiah Brent in an of♊f market deal for $13.5 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The gut-renovate🔯d townhouse, which , is atಌ 66 Charles St.

The seller’s broker was Core Real Estate’s Emily Beare and the unidentified Westchester buyer’s broker was Oxford Property Group/Spire Group’s Kiran Mummidichetty.

Berkus and Brent, who have two small children, Poppy and Oskar, bought the 1899 🅺town🉐house in 2019 for $9.75 million, .

The 18-foot-wide townhouse is 3,400 square feet.

It sports four😼 bedrooms and 4½ bedrooms, along with a backyard garden and roofto꧙p.

Speaking of show business, Corcoran broker Nick Flatto is directing and producing a new off-Broadway musical, “Stranger Sings!,” which is a parody of the hit Netflix show, “Stranger Things,” and filled with ’80s pop culture references.

It launched at Feinstein’s/54 Below in 2018 and officially opens Aug. 11 at the Players Theatre in Greenwich Village until Sept. 5.
