Dan Goldman takes campaign cash from Donald Trump backer Stephen Ross

The attorney who led the first impeachment of Donald Trump is now taking campaign donations from one of the former president’s top supporters, .

Related Companies and Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has given cash to Dan Goldman, an ex-federal prosecutor who is now running for Congress in the hotly contested 10th District in west🦩ern Manhattan and part✃s of Brooklyn.

Goldman, an heir to the $7.3 billion Levi Strauss & Co. fortune, is competing against 16 other Democrats in the race, which just saw former Mayor Bill de Blasio bow out.

Goldman received two max donations of 🦩$2,900 from Ross, a real estate tycoon with a net worth of $8.39 billion,

Ross must have had a change o𝐆f 🎃heart, Goldman’s office said.

“Perhaps a former Trump donor who gives to the lead counsel for Trump’s impeachm♈ent, and many other Democrats, recognizes the clear and present danger that the disgraced former president poses to our democracy,” Goldman spokesman Simone Kanter said in a statement.

R🐻oss, a principal investor in the luxury fitness franchises Equinox and SoulCycle, was a major backer duriꦯng Trump’s re-election campaign.

In 2019, he held a fundraiser at his home in the Hamptons where guests paid $250,000 to attend. That, combined with another event the same night at the home of developer Joe Ferrell, netted Trump $12 million for his campaign.

Wh💮en asked why he would financially support both Trump and the man who tried to get him kicked out of office, Ross kept it short on ♛a phone call with The Post.

“You vote foꩲr the best person,” he said. “You don’t agree with everything everyone does.”
