A week after the embattled actor was charged with felony burglary for allegedly stealing alcohol from a ź¦Æhome in Vermont, they broke their silence in a statement by a representatāive.
āHaving recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that š I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,ā Miller, 29, said in the statement.
āI want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life,” they continued.
The decision to seek treatment comes after reports that Warner Bros. was considering pulling “The Flash” — which is set to open in theaters on June 23, 2023 — after Miller’s pattern of disturbing behavior.
Miller, who is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, has faced a string of legal problems as well as assault and abuse allegationsāØ.
In June, Rolling Stone reported the āPerks of Beą¼ing a Wallflowerā actor was hosting three young children and their 25-year-old mother at their drug- and gun-filled Vermont farm since mid-April.
They were also in March for disorderly conduct — a charge to which they later — and in April for second-degree assault after .

The actor has also been accused of grooming young girls in an alleged cult-like situation.
Victims of Miller’s alleged abuse broke their silence at the end of June. A Massachusetts judge granted one victim — a 12-year-old nonbinary child — and their mother a temporary harassment prevention order against the actor.
