UFC great Daniel Cormier is joining Colin Cowherd’s media network, The Post has confirmed.
The 43-year-old Cormier is a former UFC heavyweight champion — with his pinnacle coming in a first round knockout of Stipe Miocic in 2018 — and light heavyweight champion. For a stretch, he held both belts at the same time. He is currently a color commentator for UFC’s pay-per-view events.
H🉐e also recently dabbled as a special guest referee in WWE for a Fight Pit match between Se⛎th Rollins and Matt Riddle.
Cormier fits into The Volume’s recent strategy of focusing on high-level, championship-winning athletes. They have Draymond Green’s podcast, which made perpetual waves during the Warriors’ NBA Finals run, and added Richard Sherman’s content ahead of football season.

In recent years, podcasts have evolved from being an audio-specific medium to also en🧔compassing video. The Volume has been at the vanguard of this movement. On YouTube alone, their feeds have over a million combined subscribers — with the main feed contributing over half the total. As measured by Podtrac, The Volume also regularly garners more than 40 million monthly global downloads.
As part of the deal, The Volume is also acquiring Cormier’s YouTube channel. The podcast form of his show will be available in the “Daniel Cormier TV” feed.
