Run the Jewels rapper Killer Mike warns left-wing radicals could become ‘just like the Brown Shirts of Italy’

Atlanta-born rapper Killer Mike preaches non-violence but isn’t shy about supporting the National Rifle Association — and warning those on the left that they risk turning into fascists if they don’t tone down their rhetoric.

“I warned the people on the Left that when you get political power you can’t use it as a bludgeon to ostracize 🐽[your political enemies] or you become just like the Brown Shirts of Italy,” said the rapper, a former dr🐼ug dealer who is one half of the rap duo Run the Jewels.

Malcolm X and Martin Luther King both warned Black America to be aware of the White liberal,” he continued in an interview with Britain’s this week.

“If you are engaging with them they have to understand your voice and your direction, or you will end up just working for them. That isn’t something I ever wanted to do.”

In the past, the “Legend Has It” rapper, whose real name is Michael Santiago Render, told Black Lives Matter protestors not to set fire to businesses while protesting in Atlanta.

He is a regular on HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher and the son of a police officer.

“Dr. King said that God’s children are on on all sides,” Mike told the Telegraph.

“So I have to understand that no matter our political values, we all have shortcomings, which can only be bettered by learning and exchanging information.”
