I’m a cleaning lady — my ‘bored’ rich boss hid cash to catch me stealing

What a low-down, dirty trick.

A wealthy “weirdo” attempted to catch her housekeeper in a poorly staged heist, baiting the hired help with a measly $20 in the hopes she’dꦚ steal the money — which would have prompt൲ed the head-of-house to savagely kick her to the curb.

But, much to the oꩲddball boss’ chagrin, the uncrackable custodian refused to play ball.

“I used to work as a house cleaner,” wrote an anonymous w🔯oman on , where current and former domestic are welcomed to share their “🦂most awkward” moments on the job.

“One woman hired [me] to clean her house once on a trial basis,” the unnamed cleaning lady continued, “and if she liked how♍ I did the deal, she would have me come back regularly.”

“Or so I thought,” she wrote ominously.

The housemaid, who was only a teenager at the time of her bizarre encounter with the “drama-monger”💦 tyrant — whom she described 🐼as “the absolute epitome of bored housewife” — explained that within the first few minutes of meeting, the woman subjected her to a lengthy lecture about the high-ranking status of her husband.

“[She said] she was so important because of the parties her husband threw and all the im𒁃portant people he invited,” recalled the unimpressed professio✱nal. “She even gave me some printed handout detailing the most recent party they had.”

Unfortunately for the cleaner, their exchangౠ🎃e only got messier.

After taking a tour of the woman’s estate — during which t🉐he snob nauseatingly noted the high costs of her lavish luxuries and abstract works of art, rather than how she liked her home neatened — the pro tidier was startled by a “psychotic” rebuke.

“She turned to me very suddenly and with psycho anger warned me, ‘I don’t tolerate theft. Do you understand me? You may think because we have a lot of money that it’s okay to steal from us, but it’s not,’” the abode keeper remembered.

And as quickly as the ✨nutty hom𒈔eowner became unhinged, she regained a sunny disposition just as fast.

“She switched off the psycho♛-mode and was all friendly again,” said the sweeper, adding that the wacko then patted herself on the back for finding an “American” m𒆙aid as opposed to a person of color.

“So she tells me she wants me to fold this giant pile of clothes,” wrote the server, repeating the woman’s specific instructions: “‘Nobody has checked these clothes for a long time and we have no idea what’s in there. I want you to make sure to check the pockets, okay?.’”

The housekeeper continued, “Then she makes a big deal of reminding me that she has no idea what’s in the pockets and that she is going to leave me alone to fold while she is several rooms away.”

After a few minutes of attending to the mountain of laundry, the service lady discovers a $20 bill and sets it aside to continue doing her work in peace — but the screwball housewife wasn’t about 💜to let that happen.

“A few moments later the lady comes charging in, [saying], ‘And just how is it going?’ with barely concealed excitement,” said the servant. “It’s like she’s vibrating with anticipation.”

The home steward replied to the woman with, “Oh fine. I f💜ound t💝his in one of the pockets,” before having over the cash.

Her abject honesty didn’t go over well.

“I swear I have never seen anyone so disappointed to be given money in all🐟 their life,” said the blue-collar worker. “She takes it while all the previous excitement drains out her body.”

“Then she says it’s not going to work out, writes me a check for like $10, and tells me to leave,” the cleaner. “It occurred to me later that she had probably set the whole thing up and just wanted to scream at a kid for stealing and was really mad when I didn’t — what a weirdo.”

But this poor nine-♉to-fiver’s employer isn’t the only nightmarish taskmaster terror𓂃izing their workers.

In July, one woman 💜blew the whistle on her horrible boss for mistreating her in the offiꦿce after she ended their consensual affair. And the TikTok-viral #MaliciousCompliance trend saw a flock of disgruntled Gen Z staffers exact revenge on their toxic supervisors ♛by being overly courteous to customers and clients at the company’s expense.

“They’d by putting payroll in late, so I’d mess with theirs by [using special discount codes] to help out a customer,” former retail 🤪associate Essence Gibbs previously told The Post of her workplace retribution tactics.

“I did feel a litဣtle guilty, but my managers did not respect me,” she said. “So I found ways to put a smile on my face.”
