Four menaces stab, beat 3 teens near NYC schools in broad daylight: cops
Four menaces stabbed a teen boy and beat two others — one of whom was left with a broken arm — during a broad-daylight fight near a trio of schools in the Bronx last month, police said Monday.
Three men and one woman attacked the teens, 13, 14 and 15, 🃏on Independence Av🔯enue near West 237th Street in Riverdale around 3 p.m. Sept. 26, according to cops.
The vicious crew knifed th﷽e 14-year-old boy in the upper right thigh, and the 13-year-old ꦐsuffered a broken arm in the fracas, authorities said.
The assailants also slugged the oldest teen in the face, leaving him with a bloody lip, co🤡ps said.
The two youngest v🎀ictims received medical attention at local hospitals, and the oldest teen refused medical attention, cops said.
Three schools – Drisha Insti🍌tute for Jewish Education,�� Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy, and Atmosphere Academy Public Charter School – are all just steps from the scene.
All four suspects fled in 🐽a dark-colored SUV and had not been caught by Mond✤ay.
One of the male assailants is described as heavyset with a light complexion, las꧟t seen weaꦗring a black Polo sweatsuit with a black hat, cops said.
Another man, also described as heavyset with a light complexion, and partially bald, was lastꦡ seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and black pants. A surveillance image released by cops shows him carrying a yellow shovel and pail.
The third man 🥃is described as tall, with a medium complexion, last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a gray sweatshirt with 🥀a red design on it. He is seen carrying a black cane.
The female suspect is described as having a light complexion with dark hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was last seen wea🐽ring a navy blue tracksuit with white stripes, and carrying a black bag.
