I want to begജin a regular element in this weeklꦍy column. It will be called “If I were in charge” and, well, that is pretty self-explanatory.

I think the correct place to start is a place where both MLB and the Players Association agree, which is like finding out that oil and 🏅water are go🐠ing steady.
