The suit, which was filed against McMahon and the WWE, došŸ˜¼es not allege any sexual misconduct by either Khan or Blum, but charges that the pair were part of a scheme to employ Grant ā€œin a completely undefined role, except for the understanding that she remain a sexual slave to be used and trafficked by McMahā›Žon within the WWE.ā€

The suit, according to FOS, paints the two execs as men who helped to facilitate and cover itš’€° up to protect the WWE.

ā€œWWE takes Ms. Grantā€™s allegations very seriously and has no tolerance for any physical abuse or unwanted physical contact,ā€ a WWE spokesperson said in a statement to FOS. ā€œNeither Nick Khan nor Brad Blum, prior to the lawsuit being filed on January 25, 2024, were awašŸ”„re of any allegation by Ms. Grant that she was the victim of abuse or unwanted physical contact; nor does the complaint allege that either had knowledge of such.ā€

Here’s the latest on the sex trafficking lawsuit against Former WWE CEO Vince McMahon

Vince McMahonā€™s daughter, Stephanie McMahon, was also named as Corporate Officer No. 3 in the suit, though she is only ambiguously mentioned, and former general counsel and head of WWEā€™s legal departź©²mź§’ent Brian Nurse was identified as Corporate Officer No. 4.

ThšŸŽe suit alleged that McMahon and Laurinaitis sexually assaulted and trafficked Grant on numerous occasions, with the lawsuit laying out ź¦several graphic instances.

McMahon and Laurinaitis have both denied tšŸŽ¶he allegations with McMahon saying that he would ā€œvigorously defend myself against these baseless accusations.ā€

Laurinaitis has previously claimed his innocence and his lawyer, Edward Brennan, told Vice News that ā€œMr. Laurinaitis is a victim inšŸø this case, not a predator.ā€

ā€œThe truth will come out,ā€ he said.
