That could be the case this week for Spain’s Sergio Garcia and his wife, Angela, as the pair unveiled bright matching looks Thursday ahead of the opening round of the 2024 Masters.
Captioning a video on Instagram, “First look. Masters ready. Vamos,” Garcia — the 2017 Masters champion — can be seen wearing a green polo shirt with bright yellow slacks while Angela sported a dark green tank top and a yellow skirt.
The twosome embr🎃aced with a 🌊kiss before the video concluded.
Unsurprisingly, Garcia’s legion of Instagram followers had much to say about the vibrant styles.
“In a world full of boring fits, this is welcomed,” one user commenter.
Another added, “Epic matching outfits.”
The 44-year-old Garcia is looking to collect a second green jacket this week after earning his first Masters w♒in seve𓂃n years ago. He defeated Justin Rose in a playoff.
Garcia — who shot seven over par and missed the cut at last year’s Masters — teed off Thursday morning with Chris Kirk and Ryan Fox. He was 2-over through 14 holes, seven shots behind then-leader Bryson DeChambeau.
The LIV Golf pro is coming off a close finish at the Saudi-backed circuit’s tournament in Miami last weekend.
He lost to Dean Burmester in th⭕e second playoff hole at Trump National Doral.
“Obviously when you’re that close, you want🦂 to win it,” afterward. “Unfortunately, that only happens to one guy, and it wasn’t meant to be me.”
