Rory McIlroy is turning💯 to the same attorney who represented Tiger Woods to help with his divorce.
The Northern Irishman filed for divorce from his wife of seven years, Erica Stoll, in Florida on Monday with court filings listing Thomas S𒊎asser as the attorney representing McIlroy in the matter.
Sasser has represented a number of high-profile clients in divorce cases, including Woo🍰ds’ 2010 divorce from Elin Nordegren and more recently .
The West Palm Beach-based lꦦawyer also represented NASCAR legend Jeff Gordon during his contentious divorce from ex-wife Brooke Sealey.
Sasser is the managing partner of the law firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A and chaired the Family Law Section of The Florida๊ Bar in the past and currently is the President of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
News of McIlroy’s divorce came to light on Tuesday aไhead of this week’s PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Course in Louisville, Ky.
A court filing obtained by The Post revealed that the 🎀couple had a prenuptial agreement and that the marriage was believed to be “irretrievably broken𒉰.”
“Rory McIlroy’s communications team confirmed today that a divorce has been filed. They stressed Rory’s desire to ensurꦚe this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible,” McIlroy’s manager Sean O’Flaherty saidജ in a statement.
The couple had begun dating back in 2014 follow꧙ing the golfer’s split with former tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and were married in 2ౠ017 during a ceremony at Ireland’s Ashford Castle.
McIlroy and Stoll share a 3𒉰-year-old daughter, Poppy.

Subtle signs of discontent between thཧe couple seemed to show recently with Stoll not present during The🤡 Masters last month and a Mother’s Day post on social media by McIlroy notably made no mention of his wife.
However, there have been no reports or rumors of any significant issues between the two.
And on Tuesday he was spotted on the driving range at Valhalla working on his game amid the news of his off-the-course♕ situation.
