Rory McIlroy (+750)
I wanted to pick a dark horse, stay away from chalk, but too many signs point to McIlroy ending his 10-year drought without a major — dating back to the 2014 PGA at Valhalla.
McIlroy is coming off his dominant win at Wells Fargo on Sunday and he thrives on courses on🌃 where h🌺e’s had past success.
It, too, is wet from rain already, which favors the༒ long hitters like Rory.
Scottie Scheffler (+400)
More chalk. He’s too good to bet against.
World No. 1 enters the week having won four of his last five starts, including 🔯the Masters.
Brooks Koepka (+1600)
Yes, even more chalk.
Big-game hunter is coming off a win in his last LIV Golf start, has already won the PGA three times and brawny Valhalla looks like a bomber’s paradise. All of these things fit Koepka.
Bryson DeChambeau (28/1)
Another big🦋 hitter I expect to play well this week — one of the best🦩 bomb-and-gouge guys out there.
Cameron Young (55/1)
His season has been somewhat quiet, but Young is aꦯ long hitter who has done well at the PGA Championship and is starved to win his first PGA Tour tournament.
