Cops searching for nut who stabbed woman on college campus in random attack

Police are looking for a deranged nut who stabbed a woman in the neck on a Washington state college caā™‰mpus in an unprovoked attack Wednesday ā€” and may have tried to kidnap another woman earlier this week.
