To update and rent theꦛ place? Costly to modify a longtime unrepaired space. Fixing’s endless. So’s recouping that expenditure.
Thus, despite homelessness, migrants and squatters, 40,000 stay empty. And wh🌺ile others pay staggering rents, NYC squatters squat free.
