Fani Willis’ ex-lover Nathan Wade lists Georgia mansion for $700K after getting booted from Trump trial

Georgia lawyer Nathan Wade has put♋ his Marietta mansion on the ❀market for $700,000, The Post has learned.

The controversial ex-Trump special prosecutor — whose sensational relationship with District Attorney Fani Willisౠ almost torpedoed the election interference cas🎃e against the former president and 13 others — listed the seven bedroom, five bathroom estate in Marietta May 23.

The timing of the listing has raised eyebrows, as it came just days after he filed in courts to slash alimony payments to hi✃s estranged wife Joycelyn Wade, whom he is try🍒ing to resolve his divorce from.

The Georgia home spans over 5,200 square feet and features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Google Maps

The sprawling estate, the Wades’ former marital home, boasts impressive features including a two-story foyer, expansive kitchen, and a finished basement, spanning over 5,200 square feet.

However, the listing admits ๊the carpets do need replacing.

Inside, the two-story foyer opens to a formal living room and a large dining room, setting a gra♎nd tone.

The light-filled family room features a stone-surround gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept living area flows “seamlessly” into an expansive kitchen equipped with “double breakfast bars and an extra-large eat-in space.”

The kitchen also extends to a newly painte💮d deck, per the listing.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a light-filled seating area, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and in pictures provided with the ✤listing, a grand four poster bed.

One photo from the listing shows half of the closet filled with Wade’s clothes, while the other half lies bare — presumably at one point it had held Joycelyn’s clothes.

Court records show Joycelyn mov𒈔ed to Texas amid the divorce, which was initially filed in 2021. She remains on the deed to the property, so is also exp෴ected to benefit from its sale.

Joycelyn was furious after discovering Wade had🅺 cashed in over $53,000 in pay just days before pleading poverty to the court in their longstanding and increasingly bitter divorce battle.

Her lawyer, Andrea Hastings, also slammed him in court documents last month, calling his plea for reduced payments “deceitful,” after he made over , before being kicked off the case.

Wade’s public and personal 💮life took🉐 a nosedive after his relationship with Willis was publicly exposed. The scandalous affair not only cost him his job on the Trump case, but also thrust him into a financial and legal quagmire.

He resigned as the special prosecutor in the high-profile election fraud case on March 15, following a judge’s ultimatum: Willis could stay on the case if Wade stepped down.

Barely a month later, Wade p🐈etitioned to reduce his alimony and child support payments, citing his lost $250-per-hour gig at thꦿe DA’s office.

On Wednesday night, Wade’s woes played out on national TV during a bizarre interview with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins.

A “media consultant” interrupted the taped segment as Collins 🦋grilled Wade about his timeline with Willis, which was key to determining whether she had acted improperly be hiring her boyfriend.

Despite the interruption, Wade admitted he still regularly speaks with Willis and asserted the election interference case will endure, even though it is currently on hold while Trump and other defendants a𒀰ppeaℱl the decision to let Willis stay on as prosecutor.
