Oklahoma mansion with every amenity imaginable seeks $17.25M

In Oklahoma City, a megamansion with more offerings than some resorts has come to market for $17.25 million — furnished.

In addition to a palatial primary house, the amenity-packed compound also features a pond stocked with 200 koi fis𝐆h and an enormous barn building packed with entertainment options, such as a stage, first reported.

“This one-of-a-kind gated estate, set on 36 breathtaking acres, offers 19,000 square feet of meticulously crafted living space,” Wyatt Poindexter of The Agency Oklahoma, who holds the listing, told The Post in a statement. “This is truly one of the most exquisite properties ever offered in Oklahoma.”

The mere price makes this ꧙home it the city’s most expensive and the state’s second-priciest property now listed.

It was constructed by an area businessman and father who paid $120,00🔯0 for the property in 2014 and sought to build a home inspired by his travels where he could host huge groups, Poindexter told Mansion Global.

“They wanted to be able to entertain a lot, especially f🎃or their kids,” he said.

Completed in 2018, the main house has a variety of living areas, a huge kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. The listing states that there are eight total across the property, as well as ten bathrooms, with the primary suite offering two sumptuous walk-in closets. Elsewhere, there’s a two-lane bowling alley, a billiards room and an arcade.

The $6 million, elevator-equipped barn, meanwhile, has two bars, garage space for dozens of cars, a ballroom floor, ꦦcommercial-style table seating, a stage, an upstairs event spac🐼e and two bedrooms.

“It’s not by any means your traditional Oklahoma barn,” Poindextඣer told Mansion Globꩲal.

On the grounds, there is also a full-sized basketball court that also serves as a helipad, a 70,000-gallon resort-style pool with a grotto and a slide — and an outdoor kitchen.

The residence appears to be in a🐼 relatively suburban setting but is in fact not far from Oklahoma City’s center.
