Democrat billionaires at the DNC want you to know: Billionaires are eeeeeevil

If thereā€™s one thing Democrats hate hate hate, itā€™s those evil, greedy bilšŸ… lionaires ruining the cošŸ’®untry for everybody else!

Just witness socialist screecher Bernie Sanders railing against them at the DNC, with a heavy-breathing speech about how we need an economy that works for everyone, something thaÜ«t Donald Trump ā€” himself an evil billionaire ā€” canā€™t deliver.

Except that, right after Bernie, hard-left Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker came out to brag about how rich he was ā€” flashing his inherited wealth (about $3.5 bā™Žillion worth, specifically) with a claim hā™”eā€™s richer than Trump.

Huh?

And itā€™s not like billionaires were absent ź¦¦on other nights, either.

Media magnate Oprah Winfrey came out to rail against Trump ā€” and Oprahā€™s worth aršŸŒ³ound $3 billion (though sheā€™s self-made, unlike Pritzker).

We thought Dems were supposed to stand up for the little guy, not rep fat cats totally insulated by their wealth from the everyday problems afflicting everyday Americans.Ā

Like the crushing inflation Joe Bidenā€™s econšŸ’Æomic policies caused, for example.

Michelle Obama took a similašŸŒƒr line to Comrade Bernie, claiming nominee Kamala Harris understands people who will ā€œnever benefit from the affirmative action of generational wealth.ā€

This from a woman worth in combinšŸ„‚ation with her husbandą¹Š an estimated $70 million.Ā

Mighty odd, considering she also said in her speech how ā€œsuspiciousā€ her parents were of ā€œfolks whošŸ’– took more than they needed.ā€

Is owning four luxury homes, including a nearly $12 millionź¦‘ Marthaā€™s Vineyard mansion, taking more than you need?Ā

And of course the Obama daughters are set up with $10 million or so each in “generational wealth.”

Look, thereā€™s nothing wrong with being rich.

Itā€™s a goal many Americans aspire to, and more people here endšŸ’ up rolling in it than anywhere else in the world.Ā

An astonishing 22 million people in our nation are worth seven figureįƒ¦s or more, vastly more than anywhere else and close to 10% of the adult population.

So weź¦† donā€™t fault Pritzker for being born into a hotel dynasty, Michelle for marrying well or Oprah for fighting her way to the top.

Democrats, however, lecture about the evils of wealth with the fury ź§…of St. Paul in tšŸ»he Epistles.

Even though they canā€™t help letting the rich hog the stage and stuff their campaign chests.
