The Russian tennis great — who retired after 36 titles, including five Grand Slams, in 2020 — become an internet meme while in a suite during the women’s semifinals match between American Emma Navarro and Belarus’ Aryna Sabalenka at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Sharapova, 37, looked concerned when the broadcast focu♊sed on her.
Sabalenka would take out Navarro in straight sets and will take on another American, Jessica P🌜egula, in the final on Saturday.
