Tiny Colorado town named one of the best in the US to visit this fall
A cozy town just outside skiing capital Aspen, Colo., was named one of the best to visit in th🌟e fall by , despite what its name suggests.
Snowmass Village, a quiet town i🤡n Pitkin County, boasts a humble 3,000 year-round residents. Like many towns near Aspen, it sees a tide of tourists s𒅌taying there during the winter season and also includes its own winter resort.
What makes it so special in the fall, though, is the views created by the area’s thick foliage and natural landscapes, ranging from forests to canyons.
Sitting right below the Rocky Mountains, the entire town becomes engulfed in bright red-, orange- and yellow-toppಞed trees, practically smothering any green left over. The sheer amount of fall foliage makes Snowm෴ass Village look unrecognizable from the winter version many tourists see.
