Olivia Nuzzi accuses ex-fiancé of blackmail over RFK Jr. tryst, gets no-contact order against him

Political writer Olivia Nuzzi has accused ex-fiancé Ryan Lizza of potenti🥂ally outing her fling with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. after a months-long harassment and blackmail campaign that included allegedly stealing and hacking her devices, according to a bombshell filing.

Nuzzi, 31, was granted a no-contact order against Lizza, one of Politico’s most prominent bylines, on Tuesday in Washington, DC, court after she claimed he harassed her following their breakup earlier this month, CNN reported.

She alleged that Lizza, 5ꦕ0, “explicitly threatened to make public personal information about me to destroy my life, career, and reputation — a threat🍸 he has since carried out.”

Nuzzi’s career was derailed last month when she was placed on leave by New York magazine a💎fter she admitted to having a personal relationship with RFK Jr. after profiling his independent presidential campaign last November.

Nuzzi reportedly started sexting with Kennedy, 70, shortly afterward the profile — and allegedly sent him “demure nudes.”

The two even had “incredible” sex over FaceTime, a source exclusively told Page Six — with Nuzzi relaying that Kennedy’s sexual stamina was impressive.

“Olivia told multiple people that they told each other they loved each other [over the phone] every time they talked,” a source also revealed.

The one-time independent presidential candidate, who is married to actr🍨ess Cheryl Hines, claimed he and Nuzzi only met in person once — and sources around him have alleged she was the pursuer. However, other reports claimꦫed the fling started after he grabbed her hand while hiking for the profile piece.

Nuzzi alleged in the court filing against Lizza that he orchestrated her fall from grace at the glossy magazine, claiming he potentially “through a third party or anonymous channel,” tipped her job off to what she only callsꦇ “the matter.”

The New York Times reported Nuzzi accused Lizza of bringing “damaging information” to New York magazine, according to the co🔯urt docs.

Lizza, who covers🌜 Washington politic🦋s, has strongly denied all allegations.

“I am saddened that my ex-fiancée would resort to making a series of false accusations against me as a way to divert attention from her own personal and professional failings,” he told The Post.

“I emphatically deny these allegations and I will defend myself against them vigorously and successfully.”

Following CNN’s repor𝓀t, Politico said in a statement Lizza and the publication mutually agreed that Lizza would take a leave of absence while an investigation is undertaken.

Nuzzi’s no-contact order, which a judge granted on Tuesday, is a typical action in domestic disputes, CNN reported.

Nuzzi said she believes Lizza started his alleged harassment campaign in July in order to blackmail her back into a relat🧔ionship with him, CNN reported.

The following month, Lizza allegedly swiped an electronic device that Nuzzi owned, hacked her dev💮ices, and then tried to dole out information about her to the media, according to the court filing obtained by CNN.

Some of the shopped-around intel mig🥀ht have been “doctored” to further damage her, the court filing alleges.

And she claimed Lizza impersonated “an anonymous campaign operative” ;in order to give a politওical campaign information that would also hurt her, CNN reported.

Lizza also allegedly threatened her with violence so that she would “assume his share of financia🍎l responsibility” tied to a joint book deal they had, per the court d✃ocs.

RFK was not mentioned in the court filing.

The DC judge reportedly si𝓰gned off on Nuzzi’s request to temporarily bar Lizza from contacting her and to stay clear of her workplace. When she goes to the home the two used to share earlier this year, police will accompany her, the judge a🔯lso approved.

Lizza was booted from his job at the New Yorker in 2017 after allegat💦ions of misconduct came to light. Lizzꦏa denied any wrongdoing at the time.

Nuzzi’s legal fight with Lizza in court comes as her maꩵgazine conducts a “more thorough third-party review” of Nuzzi’s work after an internal probe found no evidence of bias.

Lizza previously said he would not wri൲te about RFK Jr. in Politico’s well-read Playbook because of his relationship with Nuzzi.
