Israel has killed the leader of the armeÜ«d wing of Hamas, Saeed Atallah, in an airstrike in northern Lebanon on Saturday, according to Hamas-affiliašted media.
Atallah was killed alongsiź¦”de three family members in the coastal city of Tripoli while in aš Palestinian refugee camp, according to local media.
