Drake Maye’s girlfriend, Ann Michael Hudson, is thrilled over the Patriots’ rookie quarterback being named the starter in New England.
Taking to her Instagram S🎀tories, Hudson reposted a🅘 snapshot of Maye after multiple reports indicated that he will replace Jacoby Brissett at quarterback — after a 1-4 start to the season — against the Texans on Sunday.

The Patriots reportedly are turning to Maye, their No. 3 overall pick in this year’s NFL draft, after Brissett failed to control the offense under new coordinator Alex Van Pelt.
In his lone appearance, Maye completed 4-of-8 passes for 22 yards and rushed two times for 12 yards in ✱mop-up duty during a 24-3 loss to the Jets on Sept. 19.
Across five games, Brissett co꧟mpleted 58.5 percent of his passes for 696 yards wit﷽h two touchdowns and one interception.
