GloRilla new music

On Oct. 11, GloRilla dropped her debut studio album “Glorious.”

The bombastic 15-track record pulls no punches — for 42 minutes, Glo delivers in-your-face rap perfect for the club or gym. Personal favorites include the boomin’ “TGIF,” urgent “STOP PLAYING” and foreboding “LET HER COOK.”

Still, one song stands head and shoulders above the rest. The undisputed highlight here is easily “RAIN DOWN ON ME” featuring an assist from Kirk Franklin and Maverick City Music. GloRilla’s nasty flow is the perfect complement to worship music. This is essentially the mashup we never know we needed and can’t get enough of now.

If you’d like to give the record a spin, you can find “Glorious” in all its glory .
