Travis Kelce wasn’t sulking for too long after the Chiefs’ blowout loss to the Eagles in Super Bowl 2025.
The Kansas City tight end hung out with Australian DJ Dom Dolla after the crushing loss, as seen in a video that emerged on social media, which showed one half of The Chainsmokers duo, Alex Pall on a FaceTime call with Kelce.
“We just played your f–king party,” the duo told Kelce, seemingly referring to the Chiefs’ afterparty.
It’s not uncommon for the losing team in the Super Bowl to have an afterparty.
Kelce was smiling in the camera before he turned it over to Dom Dolla, whom he’s been friends with for years.
“Dom is here too!” someone said while the DJ laughed in the camera.
Dom Dolla performed on Bourbon Street during Super Bowl week in New Orleans.
Kelce appeared to be standing in a kitchen with a set of pots and pans hanging over him while on the call.
The three-time Super Bowl champ is good friends with The Chainsmokers and they’ve partied together on many occasions, including at the last year’s Kentucky Derby in Louisville, where The Chainsmokers played multiple shows.
It’s unclear what exactly Kelce and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, who supported him at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, did after a 40-22 rout by the Eagles — which spoiled Kansas City’s quest for a historic three-peat.
The couple appeared to keep a low profile as they weren’t publicly photographed together after the game.
Kelce and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes reportedly laid low.
“Most of the players skipped the afterparty, including Travis and Patrick [Mahomes],” a source told Page Six. “Everyone just went back to their rooms or AirBNBs and just stayed in.”
Kelce was essentially a non-factor and it was one of Mahomes’ worst performances to date.
The tight end had just four receptions for 39 yards.
The 35-year-old tight end now faces an offseason of uncertainty as retirement is looming after a devastating end to his 12th season with Kansas City.
