It’s been a long time since a Jets coach has a situation like the one Aaron Glenn created

The Jets hav💃e gone from “In♎ Aaron We Trust” to “In Aaron We Trust” as their team philosophy this offseason.

Gang Green have moved on from Aaron Rodgers after going all in on the💃 four-time MVP quarterback in the last tw𝓡o years and moved to going all in on new coach Aaron Glenn.

That is the takeaway from the Jets’ 🧔early free-agency strategy. The Jets are banking on Glenn’s ability to coach players up. General manager Darren Mougey signed players who have flashed potential hoping that Glenn and his staff can turn that potential into production.

You can start with quarterback Justin Fields, who has teased at what he can do with the Bears and the Steelers. The Jets are now hoping he can be the next Sam Darnold/Baker Mayfield reclama🌟tion project. Kevin O’Connell has gotten a lot of credit for Darnold’s resurgence. Mayfield’s two offensive coordinators in Tampa Bay — Dave Ca🥀nales and Liam Coen — are now head coaches.
